How our fees work

Fixed, never hourly.

You're buying an outcome and a date. We never break a fee into days or hours.

Priced against what it returns.

Before we build, we put a dollar figure on what the work costs you now. The fee is set so you get a multiple of it back in the first year. If the math doesn't clear that comfortably, we'll tell you not to do it.

Three sizes for every build.

Every proposal comes with a smaller and a larger version of the same engagement, so the decision is about scope.

Guarantees in writing.

Every way in has one. It's on the offer's page and repeated in the engagement letter.

Two or three builds at a time.

Eric is on every engagement, so we only take on what we can deliver. When we're full, you get a start date.

Bigger work

Some problems need more than one fix. After a first engagement, these are scoped and priced the same way.

The System They Run On

8–14 weeks · $60K–$150K. The internal application your business operates from: workflow, roles, reporting and an audit trail.

Idea to Operating Product

In two stages · From $18K. An idea taken to a product you can run, in two stages, so nobody commits to a build before it's scoped.

Cash In Faster

6–10 weeks · $30K–$65K. The path from work performed to money in the bank, rebuilt end to end.
