What one improvement means

Something your people notice by the end of the month. It might be a report that builds itself, a step taken out of a workflow, a new sync between two systems, or an exception routed to the right person. We agree it at the start of the month. If it's bigger than a month, we split it or price it as its own project.

Every month

One improvement, shipped.
Everything we've built for you, kept running. If something breaks, we respond the same business day.
A review with the owner: what shipped, what it's worth, and what's next.

The terms

$4K a month. Three months to start, then month to month on 30 days' notice.
If month one's improvement doesn't ship, month one is free.
